This is NOT a high intensity camp but rather a skills and technique camp designed to improve your skills and performance on the mat.
- Better understanding of take downs and reshooting techniques
- Teaching that use of technique can overcome stronger wrestlers.
- 5 Days of this camp you will be attending Iowa States wrestling camp for teams and then returning to our facility to spend time really learning the moves that you have been shown.
- Each wrestler will get one on one time for instruction during your stay.
- All food is "home cooked" not cafeteria food!
- We are presently negotiating with The Grandby System Instructors to have them come during the camp.
